The term "you" shall be defined as a PicPublisher member in good standing. By joining PicPublisher, you agree to all of the following.

That you are at least 13 years of age.

Payments will be made through PayPal at a minimum rate disclosed here.

You retain copyright of all your photographs at all points in time. PicPublisher may delete or change the text or category of your photograph, but has no claim to ownership of any uploaded photograph. PicPublisher may not change the price of any photograph that you choose to sell for one time use.

If at any time you are displeased with the placement of your photographs or PicPublisher, you may remove your photographs and delete your account. In this event, you will forfeit all accrued earnings and potential earnings from the PicPublisher program.

You may have only one account. If you are found to have opened more than 1 account with the same IP address, all accounts may be closed and any earnings will be forfeited. Any suspicious behavior may warrant account termination. PicPublisher reserves the right to close any account connected with fraudulent ranking or activity.

In the event that a PicPublisher account is not used for a period of three months, that account may be shut down without notice or warning, causing the loss of any accrued earnings. Any account that has been logged into with in the past three months, and is not connected with fraudulent behavior may not and will not be closed by PicPublisher.

Every photograph assigned a category and sub-category by you is eligible to win a monthly prize. No photograph may win two months in a row. Winning alternating months, is, however, acceptable.

You set the amount that you want to receive for the sale of your photograph, with a default of $5. If the price you set is under $10, PicPublisher will increase the price 10%, and give you the full amount you requested for the sale of the photograph. Photographs over $10 are increased in price by 5%. These fees go for growth and development of PicPublisher.

PicPublisher reserves the right to change these terms at any time, but will give you notice if any changes are made. Members may cancel their account at any time. Again, note that PicPublisher reserves the right to cancel your account at any time if any cheating regarding your account is apparent or suspected or if it has not been used for three months.

PicPublisher will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other direct or indirect damages arising from use of the the PicPublisher program.

Your privacy is respected and protected. We do not share, sell, or let any 3rd parties have access to your personal information. All information on file is only used by PicPublisher to administer your account. PicPublisher will never reveal any information about you to any other site or person.

GOLD & PLATINUM AGREEMENTS:

PicPublisher WILL NOT provide refunds for Gold or Platinum Memberships! ONLY PAY IF YOU WISH TO HAVE A GOLD OR PLATINUM UPGRADE!

In the event that a Gold or Platinum PicPublisher account is not used for a period of three months, that account may be either made into a free account, or may be deleted.

All regular member agreements apply to Gold and Platinum members.
